Everything at Noble Crust is baked fresh to order. We require a 24 to 48 hour notice for cakes (ordered before 12 PM). However, cookies, buns, and bagels may be available for same-day delivery subject to our baking schedule. This ensures every bake gets the care it deserves.
We charge a flat ₹130 delivery fee across Mumbai. All our deliveries are fulfilled safely via trusted third-party partners (like Borzo or Swiggy Genie). Once your order is ready to dispatch, we will share the final delivery cost and tracking details directly with you on WhatsApp.
You are also welcome to self-pick up your order from our kitchen to save on delivery fees!
Given the perishable nature of our artisan baked goods, and for strict health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict no-return policy on all food items once they have left our kitchen. We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind after the goods are delivered.
We pack every order with extreme care. However, if your product arrives significantly damaged due to transit mishandling, we are here to help. We offer an exchange or store credit only if the product is damaged on arrival.
To claim this, you must provide clear photographic proof of the damaged item AND the packaging sent to us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be entertained as we cannot verify how the product was handled post-delivery.
